भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 भारत का नया आपराधिक कानून है, जिसने पुराने आईपीसी कानून की जगह ली है। इस नए कानून का उद्देश्य अपराधों को सरल भाषा में समझाना और आज की BNS 352 In Hindi ज़रूरतों के अनुसार न्याय देना है। भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 352 जानबूझकर अपमान करने से जुड़ा अपराध बताती है। पहले यही बात आईपीसी की धारा 504 में थी, अब इसे नई संहिता में साफ और सरल रूप में शामिल किया गया है।
Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) deals with punishment for assault or use of criminal force otherwise than on grave provocation. It applies when a person intentionally uses force without serious provocation. The offence is punishable with imprisonment, fine, or both, depending on circumstances. It protects individuals from unlawful physical aggression and misconduct.
